How do I order parts? Orders can be placed by calling 866-846-2431 (866-8-Image1) & speaking with one of our sales representatives, via our website or fax you order to 866-517-7278 (866-517-Part). Image1 also accepts AOL IM and e-mail to accept orders depending on your preference.
Who should I call to place an order? Please call 866-846-2431 (866-8-Image1) and press 3 for sales & customer assistance and one of our sales representatives will happily assist you.
Will I have a dedicated sales rep for my account? Yes, each one of our customers has an assigned sales representative that will personally handle all of your needs. Your personal sales representative will understand your business, customers and what requirements you have to better serve you.
How late can I place an order? Orders placed between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. CST are shipped same day for in-stock products. Orders placed after 6 p.m. will ship the following business day
Do you provide tracking numbers & order confirmation for my orders? Yes, our automated order entry system provides shipment confirmation, freight charges, your PO information and package tracking information which will be faxed to you the following morning of the order. This information is also available on our website.
What shipping options do I have? Image1 currently utilizes UPS, Fed Ex, Airborne, DHL & various freight carriers to accommodate all of your shipping requests.
What locations do you ship from? Image1 currently distributes from Texas, Colorado & New Jersey.

Advanced Exchange/Warranty Returns
How long do you allow for core returns? We allow 30 days for defective cores to be returned.
What are your procedures for advanced exchange items? Image1 requires our customers to complete our advanced exchange agreement that you will receive when establishing an account. If you would like to complete this form in advance, please click on the link. Advanced Exchange Agreement
Do you provide a core report? Yes, our system keeps track of your cores that are due and returned. For your convienence, we have a dedicated core processing representative that will be able to assist you with any questions or needs that you might have. We are also able to provide your core reports via our website any time you would like to view what is currently due or has been returned.
How long is the warranty on parts I buy? Our parts carry different warranty periods depending on the type of part. Some parts carry one year, while most carry our 6-month warranty. Please ask your sales representative if you would like to know the warranty period for a specific part.
What should I do if I have a defective part that needs to be replaced? Please call your sales representative to receive a Warranty Claim Form with authorization. This form needs to be included with your return so that the appropriate credit is given. We will send your warranty replacement to you free of charge.
