On December 22nd, Clover Technologies Group Inc., the world’s leading provider of vertically integrated, closed-loop environmental solutions, announced the acquisition of NER Data’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Image1.

The acquisition of this key business unit further solidifies Clover’s evolution into a vertically integrated solutions provider. The addition of Image1’s printer parts business with Clover’s already robust product and services offering will enable Clover and Image1 to offer its customers the broadest assortment of imaging products, printer parts, and printers in the aftermarket and OEM industry. It will also expand Clover and Image1’s distribution capabilities, and in turn, drive operational efficiencies and increase product availability. In addition, Image1’s strategic relationship with NER will augment Clover’s and Image1’s portfolio of managed print services (MPS) programs. “This acquisition opens up a world of possibilities for Image1.
