Jim Loden - Managing Director/President
Jim Loden is the Managing Director/President for Image1, an industry leader that provides OEM and compatible printer parts, maintenance kits, and high quality imaging products. Jim is responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership for the company, as well as overseeing sales, business development and strategic alliance initiatives. Jim has twenty years of Executive Management experience with companies that include Circuit City, Golfsmith, and CompUSA. The last eleven years Jim spent with CompUSA, most recently as the Vice President of Commercial Sales where he took over a business doing $300 Million in revenue and grew it to $1.5 Billion in just three years. The Commercial/SMB business at CompUSA targeted medium sized enterprise accounts and sold IT solutions, infrastructure, imaging supplies, and services.

Kevin Guy - Senior Vice President, Business Development
Kevin Guy is Senior Vice President of Business Development for Image1, a division of Clover Technologies Group, the industry leader in providing sustainable environmental solutions and high quality imaging products. In this role, Guy is responsible for growing Clover’s Image1 printer parts division.
Prior to Clover, Guy was a partner at PNA Holdings and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Parts Now, where he was integral in helping the company achieve record sales and earnings. Guy has held other executive positions, including Vice President of U.S. Sales at Kennametal’s J&L Industrial Supply business, a $300 million dollar catalogue-based distribution operation; and Regional Vice President at DeWolff, Boberg and Associates, a private management-consulting firm specializing in operating-performance solutions.
Guy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Indianapolis and a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Landon West -Vice President – Operations
Landon West is responsible for purchasing, business analytics, distribution, logistics, quality assurance, customer service and technical support for Image1, and has over 12 years experience in the distribution, logistics industry. Prior to joining Image1, Landon served in a variety of executive management capacities for nearly 15 years with CompUSA Inc., a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Grupo Carso of Mexico. Most recently, Landon served as General Manager of The News Group, a leader in logistics, merchandising, and category management solutions in the publication category. He also served as Director of Supply Chain Management for CompUSA Inc. with responsibilities in reverse logistics and asset recovery, as well as web fulfillment. Since joining the Image1 organization in early 2009, Landon's focus has been on developing inventory management tools and methodology to support a growing parts organization. His extensive experience with logistics and operations management has helped Image1 create streamlined processes and effective multi distribution points across the U.S.
Ian Berger -Sales Manager
Ian has been with Image1 since the company opened back in 2001 and has over 14+ years of industry experience that revolves around ISPs, ASPs, Wholesale, and Distribution of post-warranty laser printer repair service parts for the major imaging OEMs. Today, Ian focuses on developing new channels, expanding geographies, and searching for new products to support the complex Imaging market. In addition, Ian is responsible for OEM and Vendor relationship development as well as general marketing strategies. Ian's industry relationships and involvements include CompTIA MPS initiatives, PDI+ and ASC Gold programs, Photizo Group MPS initiatives, BTA, ITEX, Recharger, and Print4 MPS Solutions.
Jim Gruebel - Director of Fuser Operations
As Director of Fuser Operations, Jim is responsible for all planning, manufacturing, personnel, and materials procurement activities for this division. This operation is the captive supplier of remanufactured fusers, maintenance kits, and printer parts.
Jim joined the NER/Image1 organization in July, 1985, as Manager of the Injection Molding Division. He progressed to Operations Manager and General Manager of the NER-Denver operation which was the largest manufacturer of printer ribbons in North America. Prior to NER Data Jim was the Operations Manager for Twentieth Century Products, a manufacturing Division of Beatrice Foods Corp. and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado- Denver with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and Finance.
Tom Coleman - Director of Operations and Quality Assurance
As Director of Operations Tom’s responsibilities include a broad range from Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse operations, Technical Support, Reverse Manufacturing, and Product Development.
Tom joined Image1 in 2003 bringing with him 30 years of experience in the printing industry, Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance. Prior to Image1 Tom has held various Quality Assurance positions with a 16 year tenure with StorageTek Corporation, a manufacturer of high speed impact and non-impact printers, and the position of Vice President of Research and Development with one of the fastest growing service and parts providers for high speed laser printers in the industry. Tom has been instrumental in contributing to rapid profitable growth.
Tom has held certifications from AQS as a Certified Quality Auditor and is an IQA certified Lead Assessor for Quality Assurance Management Systems (ISO 9000). Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and has been named on three patents with StorageTek, and has one named patent.
